Implementation Mode of Tie-line Power Control Performance Assessment Standard

  • 摘要: 首先分析了目前T标准实施过程中所存在的问题,在此基础上提出了控制性能标准(CPS)与T标准的串联实施方式,即根据特高压电网所处运行状态的不同实时切换CPS和T标准,并针对特高压电网的4种典型运行状态设计了兼顾特高压联络线功率偏差与系统频率偏差的4种控制方式。分析与仿真结果表明,在CPS与T标准的串联实施方式下,控制区之间不会出现功率调节矛盾,且能兼顾特高压联络线功率偏差与系统频率偏差。

     

    Abstract: This paper firstly analyzes the problems of the implementation modes of standard T. On this basis, the serial implementation mode of control performance standard( CPS) and standard T is put forward according to the thought of solving the main contradiction.The power system switches the CPS and standard T to solve the main contradiction in different operating states of ultra-high voltage( UHV) power grid. At the same time, four control modes are designed in consideration of UHV tie-line power deviation and system frequency deviation. Analyses and simulations have been made to prove that there will be no control contradiction between control areas with consideration of UHV tie-line power deviation and system frequency deviation in the serial implementation mode of CPS and standard T.
