Converter with Flexible Topology for Photovoltaic Micro-inverter

摘要: 为满足微逆变器高加权效率的要求,提出了一种适用于光伏微逆变器的柔性拓扑DC/DC变换器。柔性变换器包含两种工作模式,分别是改进双管正激工作模式与桥式工作模式,介绍了各自的工作原理,给出了变换器中变比与缓冲电感的设计准则。根据两种工作模式下的开关损耗、导通损耗、驱动损耗以及铁芯损耗分析,确定了柔性变换器两种工作模式的切换阈值大小,并得到了变换器的占空比预计算与闭环微调相结合的控制策略。实验结果证明所提柔性变换器性能优良,并具有较高的加权效率。Abstract: In order to increase the weighted efficiency of the photovoltaic micro-inverter,a DC/DC converter for the microinverter with flexible topology is proposed.The flexible converter includes two operation modes—the improved dual-switches forward mode and the full-bridge mode.The operation principles of the two modes are described,and the design guideline of the key parameters,such as the turns-ratio of transformer and buffering inductor is provided.The power threshold value is determined according to the analysis of switching loss,conduction loss,driving loss and core loss of the converter in two operation modes.A duty ratio pre-calculation control strategy combined with closed-loop fine adjustment is proposed.The experimental results show that the proposed flexible converter has a good performance in addition to a high weighted efficiency.
