Implementation Planning and Reliability Analysis of Guangdong Hengqin New Area Smart Grid

  • 摘要: 广东横琴岛是位于粤港澳三地交界的中国第3个国家级新区。文中介绍了横琴新区智能电网建设规划的总体思路和发展目标;阐述了其技术特征及内涵,包括智能运行维护中心、终端在线监测、配电自动化、分布式电源及电动汽车并网、智能小区和智能家居、用电信息采集与需求侧管理等。全面分析了智能电网可靠性的影响因素,以及提升可靠性的保障措施。

     

    Abstract: Hengqin island of Guangdong is located at the junction of China mainland,Hong Kong and Macao,which is the third national level new area.The general idea and development objectives of construction planning for Hengqin new area(HNA) smart grid project is introduced,and the technical characteristics and contents,including the intelligent operation center,on-line monitoring of terminal units,distribution automation,distributed energy resources and vehicle-to-grid,home management system,data acquisition for power consumption and demand side management are presented.The influence factors for smart grid reliability and the supporting measures to enhance the reliability are also analyzed.
