Abstract:
The differences of power market practices between China and other countries still remain, which reside not only in the area of market pricing, but also in the consideration of social equilibrium, vesting interests readjustment, and energy saving.Recently,National Development and Reform Commission endorsed some policy to set transmission price standard for cross-region electricity exchange.Actually, transmission price can be collected by fixed fee or floating fee within the standards. In order to satisfy different pricing strategy,a novel matchmaking tradeoff model for cross-region electricity exchange is put forward by studying different market clearing calculation, such as data preparation, optimal calculation and result settlement. It can be realized as the lower transmission price or the upper transmission price in priority.Case study demonstrates that the model can meet the standard, and assures the province use different transmission pricing strategy flexibly. It also shows the upper transmission price in priority can balance unit competition advantage among regions.
