Residential Electricity Package Model Considering User Utility in Off-peak and Peak Seasons

  • 摘要: 随着售电侧放开,居民对电力零售商有了更多的自主选择权,零售商需要根据实际用电需求设计适合居民的用电方案,为此文中设计了考虑淡旺季用户效用的居民用电套餐。首先,以家庭平均每月用电量计算用户效用函数,并以此获得用户选择各类用电套餐概率;然后,以零售商利润最大为目标,建立套餐的成本收益模型;最后,用粒子群算法对该模型进行求解。算例仿真结果表明,零售套餐的设置,给用户提供了更多的选择;不但提高了用户用电效用,而且有效地提高了零售商的期望利润,同时减少了居民用电峰谷负荷差。

     

    Abstract: With the liberalization of electricity sales side, residents have more independent choices for electricity retailers. Retailers need to design electricity plans suitable for residents based on actual electricity demand. Therefore, a residential electricity package considering the user utility in off-peak and peak seasons is designed. Firstly, a user utility function based on average monthly household electricity consumption is calculated, and the probability of various electricity package chosen by users is obtained.Secondly, with the objective of maximizing the retailers’ profit, a cost-benefit model of the packages is established. Finally, the model is solved by the particle swarm algorithm. The case simulation results show that the setting of retail packages provides users with more choices; not only the electricity utility of users is improved, but also the expected profit of retailers is effectively increased; at the same time the peak-valley load difference of residential electricity is reduced.
