Economic and Optimal Operation of a Combined Heat and Power Microgrid with Renewable Energy Resources

  • 摘要: 热电联供系统具有节能、环保、经济等特点,有着良好的发展前景和应用价值。文中针对由风电机组、光伏电池、燃料电池、余热锅炉、燃气锅炉、蓄电池以及热电负荷构成的热电联供型微网系统,考虑风电、光伏功率以及热电负荷的随机性,应用机会约束规划理论建立经济运行优化模型,并提出一种基于随机模拟技术的粒子群优化(PSO)算法求解模型。根据不同的微源配置,对系统的运行方案进行优化。实例分析结果表明,所提出的方法可以提供微源优化配置建议,实现微源动态经济调度,有效降低系统运行费用。

     

    Abstract: Featured by its energy saving capability,environment friendliness and economic benefit,the combined heat and power(CHP) system has a great prospect for further development and wider applications.A mathematical model is developed to achieve economic and optimal operation of a CHP microgrid which consists of wind turbine driven generators,photovoltaic cells,fuel cells,heat recovery and gas fired boilers,battery storage systems and thermal as well as electrical loads.The model uses chance constrained programming(CCP) method to consider the stochastic nature of wind power,photovoltaic power,thermal and electrical loads.A stochastic simulation based particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization model.The optimal operation scheme is studied under different ways of deployment of micro-sources.Simulation results show that the proposed method can be adopted to find the optimal deployment of micro-sources,such that the dynamic economic dispatch of the microgrid is possible to reduce the operation cost effectively.
