Scheme of Communication Network and Network Management System for New Generation Smart Substation

  • 摘要: 通过分析新一代智能变电站网络管理的特点和功能需求,对电信网络管理体系结构和功能模型进行裁剪,提出新一代智能变电站通信网络管理系统的整体框架和功能部署方案。研发了网络拓扑自动成图、业务自动发现和创建、物理回路与虚回路相结合可视化等关键技术。结合绍兴枫桥变电站工程实例,验证了方案的可行性。方案推广应用后,将提升智能变电站网络运维能力,降低网络运维成本。

     

    Abstract: After the characteristics and functional demands for network management in the new generation smart substation are analyzed,the overall framework and function deployment scheme of the communication network management system are proposed by cutting down the architecture and functional model of the telecommunication network management system.The key technologies of the network topology automatic mapping,service of automatic discovery and creation,visualization of physical loop and virtual loop are also developed.With the Fengqiao substation project in Shaoxing City as an example,the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified.After the scheme is widely used,the capabilities are enhanced and the costs are reduced in the operation and maintenance management system.
