Spare Power Automatic Switchover for Area Network and Its Key Test Technology

  • 摘要: 针对常规变电站内备自投装置在链式串供电网应用的局限,研究了区域网络备自投技术的基本原理和步骤,并对其关键点进行了分析。通过论证与常规备自投装置、重合闸、安全自动装置、小电源的配合关系,考虑电网安全所需要的一系列闭锁条件,充分说明区域网络备自投技术在智能电网中应用的必要性与可行性。同时分别给出了在实验室和变电站的不同通道环境下的测试技术和方法,以及区域备自投逻辑策略的动作时限。针对区域备自投存在的潜在风险进行分析,给出在现阶段电网通信技术条件下较为合理的改进措施。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the applied limitations of traditional spare power automatic switchover(SPAS)for conversional substation in chain-mode power grid,a new technology of SPAS for area network is studied.The basic principle and procedure is also discussed while the key points are analyzed.Through demonstrated the cooperation relationship with traditional SPAS,autoreclosing,security automation device and small power source etc,and considered a series of blocking conditions for power grid security,it is fully convinced that the application of SPAS technology for area network in smart grid is necessary and feasible.The test technology and approach under different channel environments in the laboratory and substation as well as the action time-limit of the area SPAS logic strategy are both given.While the potential risks of the area SPAS are analyzed,the reasonable improvement measures under the current grid communication technology conditions are given.
