高压配电网负荷转供中的开关动作时序判定策略

Strategy for Time-sequence of Switch Operation in Load Transfer of High-voltage Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 转供开关操作时序问题是对高压配电网负荷转供的进一步研究,对系统的可靠供电和系统安全具有切实影响。分析了各转供模式,并在开关操作原则的基础上提出了一种转供风险评估方法,由此建立了与传统旅行商问题中距离矩阵相类似的风险量度矩阵。在时序求解上,采用蚁群算法并结合求解对象的特点和要求对其进行了相应调整。采用某城市局部高压配电网负荷转供算例,求解得到了适用于不同情景的开关时序方案,通过与枚举法和经验法的对比,验证了所提方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: As the further research of load transfer problem in high-voltage distribution network,the time-sequence of switch operation has great influence on the reliability of power supply and the safety of system.By analyzing the transfer patterns,a risk evaluating method is proposed based on the transfer principles and the risk measuring matrix is built up which is similar to the distance matrix in travelling salesmen’s problem(TSP).The improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the timesequence problem of switch operation.Load transfer cases of high-voltage distribution network in a city are used to test the method,and several strategies have been obtained for different operational situations.By comparing with enumeration method and empirical method,the proposed strategies are proved effective.
