A Schedule Power Flow Auto Generating Technology in Day-ahead Security Validation

摘要: 制定大规模电力系统的日前运行计划需要进行包括静态安全、动态和暂态稳定的安全校核。如何生成满足日前计划要求的交流潮流是实现日前安全校核的基础和一个重要任务。文中提出一种新的日前计划潮流生成方法。首先,按照潮流计算中有功/无功弱耦合的特点,将问题分解为有功子问题和无功子问题进行求解。在有功子问题中平衡各类计划数据之间失配量;在有功子问题结果的基础上,通过求解无功子问题得到合理的日前无功电压分布。2个子问题都构建为满足约束的最优化模型,并采用内点法进行求解。测试算例与实际工程应用结果表明,该方法可以提供可信和合理的日前计划交流潮流,具有良好的实用性。Abstract: Formulation of day-ahead operation schedule for large-scale power grid requires security validation,including static security,dynamic and transient stability.It is an important and basic task for day-ahead security validation to generate an AC power flow that satisfies the demand of the schedule.A new method of generating the day-ahead schedule power flow is proposed,which consists in dividing the problem into two subproblems-the active subproblem and the reactive subproblem.The inconsistency of various kinds of schedule data is coordinated by solving the active subproblem,while a rational voltage distribution is achieved by solving the reactive subproblem.Both of the two problems are formulated as optimization models with constraints satisfied and are solved with an interior point algorithm.Numerical test results on the testing system and real power systems show that the method is capable of providing rational day-ahead schedule power flow.
