系统动力学在需求响应综合效益评估中的应用

摘要: 评估需求响应资源的综合价值有利于实施机构掌握需求响应项目的实施效果,以及各参与主体了解自身投入和获益。系统动力学方法为需求响应综合效益评估提供了系统性更强、动态性能更佳、因果反馈关系清晰的解决思路。文中在明确需求响应参与主体和实施成本、效益的基础上,考虑了外部效益的影响,关注可再生能源和电动汽车接入,建立包含基于价格和激励两种项目类型的精细化仿真模型。通过仿真算例验证了模型的合理性和有效性,各参与主体均将通过实施需求响应受益并相互影响,外部效益内部化有助于提升综合效果。Abstract: Assessment of the comprehensive value of the demand response resources is beneficial to the implementing agency in grasping the implementation effect of demand project and to the participants in learning about their input and returns.System dynamics provides a more systematic method,better dynamics and more distinct causal feedback relations for comprehensive benefits evaluation of the demand response.After defining the participants and implementation costs and benefits of the demand response and the effect of external returns,attention is focused on access to renewable energy and electric vehicles.Then an elaborate simulation model containing price-based and incentive-based programs is developed.The rationality and effectiveness of the model is verified by simulation.All participants benefit from demand response programs and interact with each other.External benefits internalized help promote comprehensive performance of the demand response.
