Abstract:
With the proposed goal of building a new power system and the construction and development of Energy Internet,it is urgent to establish a flexible,safe and efficient interaction mechanism for the massive distributed resource aggregation and control of virtual power plants (VPPs).The heterogeneous communication network architecture of VPPs based on multiple communication technologies is the foundation to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.Firstly,based on the basic concepts and elements of the VPP,the communication technology and communication requirements of the VPP are analyzed.Secondly,the two-level communication network architecture of the VPP based on cloud-side-end cooperation is proposed.Finally,the communication technologies for supporting the flexible interaction of VPP resources are discussed and prospected,aiming to provide the basic support of information communication for multi-time scale and cross-regional aggregation regulation of VPPs,and provide a solution for the construction of communication network of VPPs.
