Design and Implementation of a Centralized Data Acquisition and Supervisory System for Medium-low Voltage Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 介绍了中低压配电网数据采集与监控系统的现状和存在的问题。结合中低压配电网运行管理水平提升的实际需求,提出了中低压配电网统一数据采集与监控系统结构设计方案;依据确定的系统设计思想,给出了系统智能数据采集、数据通信和传输系统、实时数据处理、用户用电信息管理与监控、智能配电台区管理与监控等5个功能的实现方案;提出了系统安全设计以及与已有系统的接口方案。

     

    Abstract: The status and problems of the data acquisition and supervisory system for medium-low voltage distribution network are presented.By referring to the actual needs of promoting medium-low voltage distribution network operation,a structure design scheme for centralized data acquisition and supervisory system for medium-low voltage distribution networks is put forward.According to the predetermined design philosophy,5 functions are to be implemented,that is,intelligent data acquisition,communication and transmission,real-time data processing,power usage information management and monitoring,intelligent distribution area management and monitoring.A safety system design and interfacing with other existing systems are provided.
