Abstract:
In view of the generation right trade of renewable energy generation in the power market environment,a control strategy for renewable energy generation adapted to the generation right trade is proposed.Firstly,the renewable energy generation is regulated by tracking the lower spinning reserve of thermal units,to share the same peak responsibility with the conventional power resources.Meanwhile,a method to accurately identify the power constraint state of renewable energy generation plant is proposed.Then,a hierarchical control strategy and an accurate control strategy based on real-time power generation capacity redistribution is adopted, which will make the execution of electricity for generation right trade implemented in a reasonable way,while ensuring the maximized consumption of renewable energy power.It is shown by the operation results in Ningxia power grid that the proposed strategy is effective in the renewable energy power consumption,generation right trade,and generalized tie-line control.
