摘要: 恶性数据是影响电力系统安全稳定运行的隐患之一。文中旨在详细阐述状态估计层面下恶性数据的定义,辨明恶性数据和传统不良数据之间的区别,并在此基础上总结应对恶性数据注入攻击的相应措施。首先分析了恶性数据产生的路径,简要介绍了状态估计不良数据检测辨识的机理,并基于此进行恶性数据的分类构建;接着从状态估计、闭环控制、安全稳定分析及电力市场4个方面依次分析恶性数据对电力系统的影响过程;其次,针对状态估计中存在的恶性数据,从3个层面分析采取不同的软硬件措施,避免或消除其不良影响。最后,总结恶性数据的特征,并探讨了未来的研究方向。Abstract: False data is one of the hidden dangers which threaten power system security and stability.This paper aims to elaborate on the definition of false data,distinguish between false data and traditional bad data.On this basis,some measures to cope with the false data injection attack are summarized along with the way false data emerges.The mechanism of bad data detection in state estimation and categorical fabrication of the false data is briefly treated.Then,the influence of false data in the power system is successively analyzed from the perspective of state estimation,closed-loop control,power system security and stability analysis and electricity market.Afterwards,with regard to the existence of false data in state estimation,different hardware and software measures will be taken on three levels to avoid or eliminate its adverse effects.Finally,the characteristics of false data are summarized and future research directions discussed.
