Interference Source Type Identification and Power Quality Demand Portrait Technology Based on Maximum Mutual Information

摘要: 干扰源类型的准确识别以及电能质量治理需求的直观刻画,是电力公司开展“基础性+增值性”有偿电能质量新业务的关键。文中提出基于最大互信息的干扰源类型识别及电能质量需求画像技术。首先,以用户用电水平特征与电能质量特征之间的相关性为基础,提出基于最大互信息的干扰源类型识别方法;然后,基于电能质量监测数据,构建了一套完整的需求画像标签体系,为干扰源电能质量需求画像技术研究提供了数据基础;最后,提出电能质量发射水平和综合用电水平特征的统一量化方法,构建了综合用电水平-电能质量发射水平图,实现了干扰源电能质量治理需求程度的直观刻画。应用中国东部某大型城市的实测数据和双馈风机实验平台,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。Abstract: Accurate identification of interference source types and intuitive description of power quality management demands are the keys for electric utilities to carry out new business of“basic+value-added”paid power quality. This paper proposes an interference source type identification method and a power quality demand portrait technology based on the maximum mutual information. Firstly, based on the correlation between the user’s power consumption characteristics and power quality characteristics, an interference source type identification method based on the maximum mutual information is proposed. Secondly,based on the power quality monitoring data, a complete set of demand portrait tag system is constructed, which provides a data basis for the research of power quality demand portrait technology of interference sources. Finally, a unified quantitative method for the characteristics of power quality emission level and comprehensive power consumption level is proposed, and the diagram of comprehensive power consumption level and power quality emission level is constructed, which realizes the intuitive description of the power quality management demands of the interference sources. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by using the measured data of a large eastern city of China and the experimental platform of doubly-fed wind turbine.
