银川东—胶东±660kV直流输电工程无功控制逻辑的改进
Improvement on Reactive Power Control Logic for Yinchuandong-Jiaodong ±660 kV HVDC Project

摘要: 高压直流输电控制中无功控制的主要目的是抑制谐波和补偿换流器无功消耗,在银东±660kV直流工程的物理仿真平台上对其无功控制性能进行物理仿真试验,发现在系统启机以及紧急停运时都会产生一定程度的过电压,尤其在双极额定负荷工况下,当紧急停运时,过电压问题尤为突出。通过分析该工程的无功控制逻辑,提出了相应的改进措施,并进行了有效性验证。Abstract: The main purpose of the HVDC reactive power control is to restrain the harmonic and compensate for reactive power consumption.Simulation tests on the reactive power control performance for Yinchuandong-Jiaodong ±660 kV HVDC project have been made.It is found that the over-voltage phenomenon is generated to some extent when the system is started or in emergency shutdown,especially when under the bipole normal load condition.By analyzing the reactive power control logic for the project,some corresponding improvement measures are proposed and verified.
