Design and Application of Supervision and Control System for Wind-photovoltaic-battery Power Plants

  • 摘要: 介绍了风光储联合发电监控系统的总体建设方案,以及该系统的关键技术和主要功能,阐释了其信息采集与可视化展示方案、多能互补自动发电控制方案和多源协同自动电压控制方案。该研究成果已应用于国家风光储输示范工程。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a supervision and control system for wind-photovoltaic-battery power plants,with a detailed interpretation of related key techniques and main functions of the system.It also illustrates the data acquisition and demonstration program,automatic generation control(AGC) program,and automatic voltage control(AVC) program for wind-photovoltaic-battery power plants.The technological functions have been realized in a national demonstration project of wind-photovoltaic-battery power plant.
