A Multi-agent Based Interactive Scheduling Model Considering Demand Response

  • 摘要: 电力高峰负荷的不断攀升以及间歇式新能源的大规模并网增加了电网调度的难度,将需求响应资源融入传统发电日前调度计划将丰富电网调度的模式。针对需求响应资源数量多、分布广、难以直接控制等特点,文中设计了包含多种类型电力终端用户的负荷代理与电网调度中心的互动机制,综合考虑不同需求响应资源的调度成本以及其他负荷代理的不完全信息,负荷代理以自身利润最大为目标进行分散决策。针对需求响应项目可能导致电力公司收益减少而影响其开展相关项目的积极性,电力公司以自身利润最优进行发用电资源的统一优化。基于IEEE 39节点系统算例,通过分析计及互动调度前后发电机出力变化、电力公司的调度成本和利润以及负荷代理的收益,说明了所提需求响应互动调度模型有利于实现电力公司和负荷代理的"双赢"。

     

    Abstract: The fast rising of peak load and large-scale intermittent renewable energy integration increase the difficulty of power system scheduling.If demand response(DR)resources are included in the traditional generation scheduling plan,the scheduling modes of a power system will be more complex and difficult to solve.Because DR resources are massive,widely distributed and mostly impractical to be controlled directly,an interactive mechanism between power grid control center and load agents managing multi-type power consumers is needed and proposed.Combined with different DR resourcesscheduling cost and other load agents incomplete information,each load agent makes a disperse decision to achieve its own profit maximization objective.Conventional cost-based load management may cause the loss of utilitiesrevenue and restrain their enthusiasm on DR program,a new profit-based decision-making model is proposed for utilities to overcome these issues.Case studies are given based on the IEEE 39-bus system.The change of generator output,scheduling cost and profit of an utility,as well as load agentsrevenue after considering the interactive mechanism are analyzed through the case studies.The results show that this interactive scheduling model can help to realize a win-win situation between a utility and load agents.
