考虑风电特性的送出线路过载控制方法

Overload Control Method of Transmission Lines Considering Wind Power Characteristics

  • 摘要: 风电送出线路不满足N-1安全约束时,任意一条线路跳闸都会导致其他线路出现过载。针对集群式风电并网的特点,首先分析风电机组低电压穿越(LVRT)能力、风电短时出力波动对传统过载控制方案的影响,并提出针对性建议。在此基础上,进一步提出考虑风电出力变化趋势的过载切机方案,通过数值方法分析各风电场的出力变化趋势,动态优化选择切机对象,使得切机措施更加高效,减小风电送出线路再次发生过载的概率,从而保障风电外送通道的安全性。

     

    Abstract: Any line outage will lead to other lines overloading when the wind farm grid connection lines does not meet the N-1security constraints.Considering cluster grid connected wind farms characteristics,this paper analyzes the impact of the wind farm’s low voltage ride through(LVRT)capability and short-term fluctuations on the traditional overload control scheme first,and then proposes a new generator tripping scheme on overload considering the trend of wind farm output.The trend is analyzed by using numerical method,optimizing tripping machine object dynamically,making overload control more efficient and reducing the chance of wind farm grid connection lines overloading.The method will enhance the wind farms transmission corridor safety and reliability.
