Improvement of Automatic Transfer Switch for Backup Power Supply Used in Sectionalized Single-bus Configuration

摘要: 为保证对用户可靠供电,110kV变电站常配有备用电源自动投入装置。在备用电源自动投入装置动作过程中,若断路器拒跳,将造成变电站全站停电。分析了一起110kV变电站全站停电事故,指出常规进线备用电源自动投入装置动作逻辑的不足,提出了进线备用电源自动投入装置的改进方案。Abstract: The 110 kV substation often equips with automatic transfer switch（ATS） for backup power supply in order to ensure the reliability of power supply.If the circuit breaker rejects operation when ATS operates,it may cause the power supply failure of the whole station.The power supply failure of 110 kV substation has been analyzed.Operation logic shortcomings of normal ATS are pointed out,and an improved scheme of incoming line ATS is proposed.
