Discussion on Related Technologies of Supervision and Control Terminal Based on Smart Remote Terminal Unit

  • 摘要: 在无人值班的前提下,提出了智能远动装置及监控终端的基本概念和功能定位,讨论了通过基于智能远动装置的监控终端实现变电站监控功能的可行性。论述了基于智能远动装置的监控终端实现变电站监控功能的相关技术,包括体系架构、双机冗余、画面展示及告警、五防闭锁、电压无功控制、程序化操作、远程浏览等关键技术,并对监控终端的局限性进行了讨论。最后通过测试系统及实际工程对相关技术进行了验证。

     

    Abstract: On the premise of unattended substations, the basic concept and functional orientation of the smart remote terminal unit( RTU) and supervision and control terminal are proposed. The feasibility of the implementation of substation monitoring and control functions is discussed by using the smart RTU based supervision and control terminal. Some key technologies used in the implementation of substation monitoring and control functions through the smart RTU based supervision and control terminal are discussed, such as architecture, dual redundancy, supervision and alarm, five-prevention interlock, voltage and reactive power control, programmed operation, remote browsing. The limitation in supervision and control terminal is also discussed. The related technologies are finally verified by a testing system and actual projects.
