一种大型同步电机转子初始位置检测方法
Accurate Detection for Initial Rotor Position of Large Synchronous Motor

摘要: 转子初始位置检测是大型同步电机变频启动关键技术之一,精确测定转子初始位置才能实现电机的最大电磁转矩启动;以实时数字仿真仪(RTDS)仿真实验系统为研究平台,对大型同步电机变频器启动控制理论进行了深入研究,推导出同步电机转子位置的数学模型,结合自适应磁链调节器模型的特点,提出了一种基于自适应磁链调节器转子初始位置精确测定算法;通过半实物仿真实验、6kV/500kW电机动模试验、抽水蓄能真实机组现场试验验证,结果表明,该算法能够快速、准确地测量同步电机转子初始位置。Abstract: Initial rotor position detection is one of the key techniques for large synchronous motor frequency starting.Precise determination of the initial rotor position can realize maximum-torque starting.The real time digital simulator(RTDS) is used as the platform for investigating the converter starting control theory of large synchronous motors.Accurate initial position determination based on the adaptive magnetic flux regulator is proposed by combining the mathematical model for synchronous motor rotor position with the adaptive magnetic flux regulator model.The algorithm is verified by loop simulation experiments,6 kV/500 kW motor dynamic tests,and Panjiakou pumped storage unit starting tests.Experimental results show that the method can quickly and accurately measure the initial rotor position.
