A Variable Pitch Control Strategy for Wind Turbines Under Power Grid Coordination Condition

  • 摘要: 分析了电网扰动时的风电有功控制实现机理;以最大限度沿用已有变桨距系统软硬件为原则,设计了支持系统保护、频率控制调节的变桨距控制策略及其与已有变桨距系统的集成。重点基于层次化状态机技术,对电网正常和电网扰动时的变桨距控制逻辑进行分治与协调,改进了变桨距控制状态机;立足于现行主流变桨距系统,提出了一种紧急桨距角计算方法,动态确定机组参考桨距角。仿真结果表明:给出的状态机具有较高的可靠性;给出的变桨距控制策略能按系统保护、频率控制调节的要求长时间、大幅度地调节输出功率。

     

    Abstract: The realization mechanism of wind power active control with grid disturbance is analyzed.Based on the principle of maximizing the use of existing pitch control actuator and software,a variable pitch control strategy supporting for system protection and frequency-controlled regulation is designed,as well as the integrating with the existing variable pitch system.Specially,an improved finite state machine of pitch control with grid disturbance supporting is proposed and is realized by dividing the control tasks into two modes: normal condition and grid disturbance condition.Moreover,a pitch control algorithm based on numerical calculation is developed to calculate reference pitch angle.The testing results show that the improved finite state machine is reliable,and the new pitch control strategy can meet the demands of system protection and frequency-control by continuously and greatly adjusting the output of wind turbines.
