Implementation and Development of Distribution Automation in Urban Core Area of Tianjin

  • 摘要: 针对天津城市核心区配电网的技术需求,在综合利用多种通信方式实现接入层网络通信全覆盖的基础上,实现了完整的配电数据采集与监控、集中型馈线自动化及智能分布式馈线自动化功能,并建成了遵循IEC 61968/IEC 61970标准的信息交互总线,整合配用电业务信息,实现了营销和配电管理一体的互动化应用。在建设实施过程中,提出了轮换整体返厂式一次设备改造方法、配电站综合二次标准接插件及采用超级电容器作为配电终端后备电源等技术措施,保证了配电自动化建设的实用性与可推广性。

     

    Abstract: According to the demands of urban core area of distribution network of Tianjin,based on the application of several communication means to realize the access layer network communication,the distribution supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA) function,centralized feeder automation and intelligent distributed feeder automation function have been implemented.Integration with electric business information with information exchange bus based on IEC 61968/IEC 61970 international standard,power distribution business process extension to power utilization business to realize the interaction of the application have been put forward.In the implementation of the construction process,the whole plant type of rotation to an equipment modification method and the super capacitor used as backup power in distribution terminal have been put forward to ensure that the power distribution automation is practical and extensible.
