计及负荷储能特性的微网荷储协调联络线功率波动平抑策略

摘要: 以微网整体参与市场交易为背景,计及直接控制负荷的储能特性,提出采用电池储能和直接负荷控制(DLC)协调的微网联络线功率波动平抑策略。将DLC视为储能资源的调控行为,建立基于负荷储能特性的DLC模型。在此基础上,以经济效益最大为目标,考虑DLC作用,基于两阶段随机规划优化微网短期交易行为。以经济性和不影响用户用能体验为原则,提出考虑负荷运行状态的微网联络线功率波动完全平抑方案。最后,通过仿真算例验证了所提策略的有效性。Abstract: In the context of microgrid trading in electricity market as a single market member,this paper proposes a coordination strategy of battery energy storage system(BESS)and direct load control(DLC)to suppress tie line power fluctuation of microgrid considering the energy-storage characteristic of the controlled load.By regarding DLC as a behavior of energy storage resource control,a DLC model based on the energy-storage characteristic of load is developed.Then the shortterm trading behavior of microgrid is optimized based on the effect of DLC to get maximum economic benefit.On the principle of economic benefit without affecting customer experience in energy consuming,this paper proposes a control scheme to completely suppress tie line power fluctuation of microgrid based on power allocation strategy which considers the operating state of load.Finally,the validity of the proposed approach is verified by the simulation result.
