Design Idea and Development Path of Simulation Application Software for New Power System

  • 摘要: 文中归纳总结了新型电力系统新能源发电高渗透、电力电子设备高渗透的特性给电力系统仿真带来的挑战,提出了电力系统仿真应用软件的设计理念,即模型完备、建模准确、计算高效、场景全面、接口开放、服务灵活这6个方面;基于仿真是认识和改造新型电力系统的工具而非目的,以及仿真应适应新型电力系统背景下电力企业数字化转型需求的认知,指出了国产电力系统仿真应用软件的功能定位要从单纯的仿真工具向电力系统仿真应用软件开发平台和运行环境过渡,并提出了一条助力用户业务自动化、平台使用便捷化、应用开发生态化的发展路径。最后,通过介绍所研发的面向新型电力系统的仿真应用软件开发平台和运行环境——CloudPSS,展示了上述设计理念与发展路径对软件研发和推广的指导作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper summarizes the challenges to the simulation of the new power system, brought about by the characteristics of high penetration of new energy generation and high penetration of power electronic equipment, and proposes the design concepts for the power system simulation software development, i.e., the six aspects of the complete models, accurate modeling, efficient computation, comprehensive scenarios, open interface, and flexible services. Then, based on the awareness that simulation is just an approach rather than the purpose for understanding and reforming the new power system, and that the simulation should adapt to the digital transformation needs of power enterprises in the background of the new power system, it is pointed out that the function orientation of China’s independent power system simulation software should be transitioned from simple simulation tool to power system simulation software development platform and operation environment, and a development path is proposed that helps users automate their business procedures, facilitate their platform use and ecologize the application development. Finally, the guiding roles of the above design concepts and development path are illustrated by the introduction of the developed simulation software development platform and operating environment for the new power system, i.e., CloudPSS.
