Abstract:
Existing studies only analyze the consumption measures in a CHP system from a single aspect, namely the CHP units’"thermo-electric coupling"and power network safety constraints. Therefore, these strategies are only applicable to the curtailed wind power caused by a single reason. This present a problem, and this paper studies the dispatch strategy of consuming curtailed wind power taking into account two reasons at the same time.It proposes an improved DC power flow algorithm considering line reconstruction.Based on the algorithm,a source-grid collaboration dispatch model including unit combination and line reconstruction in a CHP system is established.A case study shows that through a reasonable choice or combination of three strategies i.e.unit output optimization, unit combination and line reconstruction, the model can reduce curtailed wind power caused by those two reasons depending on the amount and the reason for the wind power curtailment. It can also achieve maximum wind power consumption without new investment.
