基于差值有效值的智能录波器暂态同源比对算法研究

  • 摘要: 随着智能录波器的推广应用,现有的监测方法无法对继电保护装置采样的暂态数据进行有效监测。为了解决此问题,提高继电保护装置采样回路的在线监视能力,提出了一种基于差值有效值的智能录波器暂态同源比对方法。首先利用突变量查找方法,精确匹配在某一时间段智能录波器和保护装置采集的多个录波文件。然后从录波文件提取暂态数据,运用波形的一致性实现暂态数据对齐。最后根据暂态数据差值有效值的计算,进行数据精确比对,实现采样回路的监测及预警。通过实际电网的验证结果表明,所提出的暂态同源比对技术与实际工程贴合,智能录波器能有效对继电保护装置的采样值进行实时监测及预警,实现采样回路的实时监测,保证了电网的安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing popularity and application of intelligent wave recorders, there is a problem that needs to be solved. The problem is that the existing monitoring methods cannot effectively monitor the transient data sampled by the relay protection device. Also the online monitoring capability of the sampling circuit of the relay protection device can be improved. So a method which compares the same type of transient state of intelligent wave recorders based on the effective value of the difference is proposed. First, the sudden variable search method is used to accurately match multiple recording files collected by intelligent wave recorders and protection devices over a certain period of time. Then the transient data is extracted from multiple recording files. Consistent transient data alignment is achieved using waveforms. Finally, from the effective value of the difference calculated by the transient data, the data is accurately compared to achieve monitoring and early warning of the sampling loop. The proposed transient homology comparison technology fits the actual project. The intelligent wave recorder effectively monitors and warns the sampling value of the relay protection device in real time. In addition, it improves the real-time monitoring ability of the sampling circuit, and ensures the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
