考虑不同敏感设备耐受特性的用户侧电压暂降严重程度区间评估方法

摘要: 电压暂降严重程度指标是定量评估节点暂降水平的基础。针对现有评估方法未考虑敏感设备耐受能力不确定性与差异性的问题,提出了一种改进的用户侧电压暂降严重程度区间评估方法。首先,阐述了现有评估方法无法反映不同敏感设备耐受能力不确定性的问题。为刻画耐受能力的不确定性,基于典型敏感设备的不确定区域,采用区间数理论对严重程度指标计算方法进行修正。针对传统区间评估方法运算结果过于保守的问题,基于节点负荷占比波动范围确定区间权重,采用仿射算法计算得到用户侧综合严重程度区间指标。通过测量函数进行节点排序。采用IEEE 30节点系统进行仿真验证。结果表明所得区间指标能够通过区间范围与上下边界,刻画配电网节点用户侧的综合暂降水平与动态耐受特性。Abstract: A voltage sag severity index is the basis for sag assessment. Because the existing method does not consider the uncertainty and difference of the tolerance characteristics, this paper proposes an improved voltage sag severity interval assessment method for the user side. First, this paper explains the existing method and points out that it cannot reflect the uncertainty of the tolerance characteristics. To characterize the uncertainty, it uses interval number theory to modify the calculation method based on the uncertainty regions of typical sensitive equipment. Because the results of the traditional interval assessment method are conservative, it determines the interval weight and uses an affine algorithm to calculate the comprehensive severity interval index. Finally, it uses the measurement function to determine the site ranking. The IEEE 30-bus system is used for verification. The results show that the interval index can characterize the comprehensive sag level and dynamic tolerance characteristics of the user side.
