Vibration Analysis and Treatment on Axial-flow Induced Fans with Longspan Intermediate Shaft and Double-cantilever-rotors

  • 摘要: 考察某型双级轴流式动叶可调引风机的振动故障特征,分析了其轴系支撑特点及动力学特征,对不同类型不平衡下的轴承增量力进行了分析,提出了该类风机现场双平面动平衡减振方法,拓展了转子振动治理策略,编制了振动故障综合治理流程图。将该方法应用于660 MW机组单列引风机的振动治理中,实现了风机的精细化现场动平衡,显著降低了风机的振动。

     

    Abstract: According to the vibration fault characteristics of the two-stage axial adjustable induced draft fan with movable blades, the shafting support and dynamic characteristics are analyzed, and the bearing incremental force under different types of imbalance is analyzed. Thus, the vibration reduction method of on-site biplane dynamic balance of this kind of fan is proposed, the rotor vibration treatment strategy is expanded, and the flow chart of comprehensive treatment for vibration fault is compiled. The above method is applied to the vibration treatment of a single row induced draft fan of a 660 MW unit, which achieves accurate dynamic balance and significantly reduces the vibration.
