Research on Safety Assessment of Transmission Tower Line System under Wind and Ice Load

  • 摘要: 覆冰以及大风的极端恶劣条件对输电塔线体系的安全运行构成了极大的威胁,为实时掌握输电塔线体系的安全状态,设计安全评估模型,首先利用有限元模型找出输电塔线体系在风冰荷载下的特征状态参量;其次设计了以特征状态数据为基础的输电塔线体系安全模糊综合评估模型,根据有限元模型分析数据并结合专家知识构建模糊隶属度函数,并用层次分析法确定权重;最后通过工程实例验证了该评估模型的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The extremely severe conditions of icing and strong wind pose a great threat to the safe operation of transmission tower line system. In order to monitor the safety status of transmission tower line system in real time, this paper designs a targeted safety assessment model. Firstly, the characteristic state parameters of transmission tower line system under wind and ice load are found out by using finite element model analysis; secondly, the safety evaluation model is designed based on online monitoring data. According to the data of finite element model and expert knowledge, the fuzzy membership function is constructed and the weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Finally, the feasibility of the evaluation model is verified by an engineering example.
