基于改进Canny算子的输电导线图像边缘检测

摘要: 为解决传统边缘检测算子在提取架空输电导线时有缺损,导致图像呈现出不连贯、不准确的问题,提出了一种改进Canny算子的边缘检测方法。针对传统Canny算子模板单一的问题,给出了4方向改进模板并选择倾斜角度较大值进行梯度计算。针对阈值选取的局限性问题,提出了结合截距法和人工蜂群算法的Otsu算法的自适应阈值选取方法。实验表明,该方法相比Otsu-PSO阈值选取改进算法,抗噪能力和准确度分别提升了9.38%和1.7%,单一边缘响应效果得到改善,有效地提升了输电导线的边缘检测水平。Abstract: Traditional edge detection operators have defects when extracting overhead transmission lines from images. The common issue is that the extracted image of transmission lines is incoherent and inaccurate. In order to solve this problem, an improved Canny edge detection method is proposed. Aiming at solving the problem of the single template of the traditional Canny operator, a 4-direction improved template is given and the larger value of the tilt angle is selected for the gradient calculation. Aiming at overcoming the limitation of threshold selection, an adaptive threshold selection method of Otsu algorithm is proposed by combining the intercept method with the artificial bee colony algorithm. The experimental results show that compared with the improved Otsu-PSO threshold selection algorithm, this method has improved anti-noise ability and accuracy by 9.38% and 1.7% respectively and the single-edge response effect is also improved, which has a certain significance for enhancing the transmission lines edge detection technology.
