Research on Short-circuit Current Calculation Model of Photovoltaic System for Different Application Scenarios

  • 摘要: 针对在进行光伏系统短路电流分析时,不同场景对于仿真分析精度、计算速度等方面差异化的需求,提出了适用于精确仿真分析、小规模配网系统仿真分析、大规模配网系统工程计算的3种光伏系统短路电流计算模型。首先,基于器件级主电路和完整的控制算法,提出了器件级光伏系统短路瞬态模型;在保留低频瞬态特性的基础上,对主电路和控制算法进行了简化,提出了光伏系统短路低频瞬态等效模型;在此基础上去除锁相环,推导出等效模型的数学模型,并将数学模型进一步简化为计算短路电流稳态有效值和次暂态峰值的计算模型。在MATLAB环境下编写了潮流计算软件,对3种模型进行了仿真对比,验证了模型的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the different requirements of photovoltaic system short-circuit current analysis in terms of simulation analysis accuracy, calculation speed and other aspects under different scenarios, three photovoltaic system short-circuit current calculation models suitable for accurate simulation, small-scale distribution system simulation, and large-scale distribution system engineering calculation are proposed.Firstly, device level short-circuit transient model of photovoltaic system is proposed, in which the device level main circuit and complete control algorithm are adopted. On this basis, short-circuit low-frequency transient equivalent model of photovoltaic system is proposed and the main circuit and control algorithm are simplified with retaining the low-frequency transient characteristics. Based on the equivalent model,phase-locked loop is removed and its mathematical model is deduced, which is further simplified to calculate only the steady-state effective value and sub transient peak value of short-circuit current. Finally,the power flow calculation software written under MATLAB are done. The simulation results are compared to verify the effectiveness of the three types proposed models of photovoltaic system.
