Application of removal SO3 technology with basic adsorbent in W-type flame boiler

  • 摘要: 锅炉烟气中的三氧化硫(SO3)不仅污染环境,还会对锅炉下游设备造成损害。通过研究、比较国内外在电站锅炉SO3脱除技术方面的成果和技术路线,实现了碱性干粉吸附剂脱除烟气中SO3技术在W型火焰锅炉的工程应用。分析了该技术在控制空预器差压方面的效果、工程应用中存在的问题,给出了应对措施,同时结合运行实践,提出了降低系统运行成本的方法和思路。所述SO3脱除方法及需要注意的问题和措施可为同行提供参考。

     

    Abstract: SO3 in boiler flue gas not only pollutes the environment, but also causes damage to downstream equipment of boiler. Based on the investigation and comparison of the achievements and technical routes of SO3 removal technology of power plant boilers at home and abroad, the engineering application of SO3 removal technology in W-type flame boiler with alkaline dry powder adsorbent is realized. This paper analyzes the effect of the technology in controlling the differential pressure of the air preheater, the problems existing in the engineering application, and gives the countermeasures. At the same time, combined with the operation practice, it puts forward the methods and ideas to reduce the operation cost of the system.Thereby the SO3 removal method,the problems and response which are need to pay attention to could be used as reference for peers.
