摘要: 为科学指导袋式除尘工程的设计,以理论推导与工程验证为手段,首次建立了广泛应用的非织造纤维滤布的袋式除尘器除尘效率公式:η=1-■。在此基础上,针对常用的几种不同滤料材质、结构进行分析研究,并结合大量工程实践,推导出实用简化的除尘效率公式:η=1-exp■。工程应用结果表明:该公式在燃煤锅炉和水泥窑炉等不同行业的袋式除尘工程的设计中是可行的,在能保证出口含尘浓度达到10mg/m3,甚至5mg/m3的超低排放或特别排放限值等各项设计要求条件下,工程实际过滤面积与设计过滤面积误差在±0.6%之内。Abstract: In order to scientifically guide the design of the bag filter project by theoretical derivation and engineering verification, for the first time the widely used non-woven fiber filter cloth bag filter dust collection efficiency formula: η=1-exp■. On this basis, analysis and research on several commonly used different filter materials and structures that combined with a large number of engineering practices, Therefore, a practical and simplified dust removal efficiency formula has been derived: η=1-exp■. Engineering application results show that this formula is feasible in the design of bag dust removal projects in different industries such as coal-fired boilers and cement kilns, and can ensure that the outlet dust concentration reaches to 10 mg/m~3, or even 5 mg/m~3 of ultra-low emission or under various design requirements such as special emission limits, the error between the actual filter area of the project and the design filter area is within ±0.6%.
