城区某110kV户内变电站噪声治理技术的探讨与实施

摘要: 随着城区用电负荷的需求不断增大,越来越多的变电站深入到城市中心,与居民的距离越来越近,而公众的环保意识越来越强,城市变电站的噪声污染问题,成为了公众关心的热点问题。为了解决安徽某110kV户内变电站的厂界噪声超标排放的扰民问题,先对变电站的噪声源及噪声特性进行分析,根据分析结果,变电站采用消声技术进行噪声治理,即在风机的通风管路上安装消声装置,抑制空气动力性噪声水平,减弱冷却系统噪声对厂界噪声的影响,从而达到变电站噪声治理的目的。结果显示,治理后的变电站西南、西北侧厂界噪声均满足《工业企业厂界噪声排放标准》(GB 12348-2008)1类标准,其中西南侧噪声治理效果尤为明显,昼夜噪声的削减量均达到了10dB(A)以上,幼儿园处夜间噪声削减量达7dB(A),满足《声环境质量标准》(GB 3096-2008)1类标准的要求。变电站噪声治理工程的成功实施,不仅给周围居民带来了良好的环境,也带来了良好的社会效益,也给终期规划的3号主变及同类型变电站的噪声治理提供参考。Abstract: With the increasing demand of urban power load, more and more substations go deep into the city center, the distance between them and residents is getting closer, and the public’s environmental awareness is getting stronger. The noise pollution of Urban Substations has become a hot issue of public concern. In order to solve the problem of disturbing residents caused by excessive noise emission at the boundary of a 110kV indoor substation in urban area, the noise source and noise characteristics of the substation are analyzed. According to the analysis results, the substation adopts noise elimination technology for noise control, that is, installing noise elimination device on the ventilation pipeline of the fan to suppress the aerodynamic noise level and weaken the influence of the cooling system noise on the boundary noise So as to achieve the purpose of substation noise control. The results show that the noise of the southwest and northwest side of the substation meet the standard of "Emisson Standard for Industrial Enterprise Noise at Boundary"(GB 12348-2008), and the noise control effect of the southwest side is particularly obvious. The reduction amount of the noise of day and night reaches more than 10dB(A), and the reduction amount of the noise at night at the kindergarten reaches 7dB(A). It meets the requirements of class 1 standard of "Environmental Quality Standard for Noise"(GB 3096-2008). The successful implementation of the substation noise control project not only brings good environment to the surrounding residents, but also brings good social benefits. It also provides reference for the noise control of No.3 main transformer and the same type of substation in the final planning.
