Abstract:
This article is based on actual engineering projects and takes the original design of the 2E2-SJ2 tension tower as the research object. The finite element method is used to calculate the change of temporary wire pulling force during the erection process. And monitor the tension status of temporary cables throughout the construction process through on-site testing. The finite element calculation data and experimental data indicate that as the stringing construction progresses, the tension of the temporary cables continues to increase. The experimental data is relatively consistent with the simulation results. In practical engineering, there is a difference between the balancing effect of temporary cables and the design value. The temporary cables at the hanging point of the earth wire has the maximum pulling force, and the design needs to be strengthened,For areas with soft soil, corresponding anchor reinforcement measures need to be taken to ensure that the temporary cables can reach the designed balanced tension value.
