Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the energy consumption impact factors of electrochemical energy storage unit are numerous and interfere with each other, this paper proposes an energy consumption analysis method of electrochemical energy storage based on the clustering fitting of impact factors, which realizes the analysis of the overall energy consumption of the energy storage unit. Firstly, the core energy consumption impact factors of the electrochemical battery, PCS converter, transformer and auxiliary system in the energy storage unit are qualitative analyzed, and they are aggregated into unified variables such as load rate, resistance and flowing current. Then,the aggregated unified variables are subjected to function fitting to quantitatively analyze the energy consumption characteristics of each module of the energy storage unit. The energy consumption parameters of the actual electrochemical energy storage unit are used for fitting verification. The calculation results show that the goodness of fit and residual of the energy consumption model of the electrochemical energy storage unit constructed in this paper are close to the ideal value, and have good calculation accuracy of energy consumption.
