双碳发展目标下省级电网新型储能规划方法研究

Research on New Energy Storage Planning Method for Provincial Power Grid under the Dual Carbon Development Goal

  • 摘要: 随着双碳目标和新型电力系统的发展,独立储能电站和共享储能模式得到业界认可,储能电站的规模也越来越大,省级储能规划的重要性逐步提升。本文基于新能源时序生产模拟技术建立一套以提升新能源消纳率为目标的省级电网新型储能仿真模型,并结合度电成本变化趋势优化省级电网储能配置。以某省级电网为例分析2030年和2040年的新型储能配置方案,通过生产模拟和配置优化有效提升省内新能源的消纳水平,验证方法的合理性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: With the development of dual carbon targets and new power systems, independent energy storage stations and shared energy storage models have gained industry recognition. The scale of energy storage power stations is also increasing.The importance of provincial energy storage planning is gradually increasing. This article establishes a provincial power grid new energy storage simulation model based on the simulation technology of new energy time series production, with the goal of improving new energy consumption rate. Optimize the energy storage configuration of provincial power grids based on the trend of electricity cost changes. Taking a provincial power grid as an example, analyze its new energy storage configuration plans for 2030 and 2040. Through production simulation and configuration optimization, the consumption level of new energy in the province has been effectively improved, verifying the rationality and effectiveness of the method.
