Abstract: With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for living environment, the importance of architectural decoration engineering in construction projects is becoming increasingly prominent. However, due to the complexity and particularity of decoration projects, the pre settlement work often faces issues such as significant differences between the estimated project quantity and the actual situation, and factors such as market price fluctuations that have not been taken into account. Therefore, studying the pre-settlement problem of architectural decoration engineering in this article is of great significance for improving the accuracy and reliability of the budget.
