摘要: 本文依托已完工的国内某大型BIPV项目，分析BIPV项目安全管理存在的主要问题，从高空作业风险涉及的人、物、环境和管理四方面进行探讨BIPV项目安全管理方法，提出针对性的解决措施，总结并分享了BIPV项目安全管理的经验。Abstract: Based on a large domestic BIPV project that has been completed, this paper analyzes the main problems in the safety management of BIPV project, discusses the safety management methods of BIPV project from the four aspects of human, material, environment and management involved in the risk of aerial work, puts forward targeted solutions, summarizes and shares the experience and lessons of the safety management of BIPV project.
