既有厂房屋顶BIPV项目设计、施工重难点及联动优化管理研究

Research on the Key Points of Design, Construction and Linkage Optimization Management of BIPV Project on the Roof of Existing Plant

  • 摘要: 相对于传统屋顶分布式光伏项目,光伏建筑一体化项目在国内外尚属起步阶段,在既有厂房屋顶尤其是联排、大面积厂房屋顶开展光伏建筑一体化项目建设的可参考经验较少。依托主体已完工的光伏建筑一体化项目,总结、分析光伏建筑一体化项目实施过程中需要解决的具有代表性的设计、施工及施工管理重难点问题,提出针对性的解决方案,探讨和分享在项目建设过程中建立的以提高光伏建筑一体化工程总承包项目管理水平为目的设计、施工联动优化管理方法。

     

    Abstract: Compared with the traditional rooftop distributed building attached photovoltaic project, the BIPV project is still in its infancy at home and abroad, and there is little reference experience in the construction of BIPV projects on the roofs of existing plants, especially on the roofs of combined row and large-area plants. Based on the completed BIPV project of the main body, this paper summarizes and analyzes the key and difficult problems of design, construction and construction management that need to be solved during the implementation of the BIPV project, proposes targeted solutions, and discusses and shares the design and construction linkage optimization management methods established in the process of project construction for the purpose of improving the management level of the BIPV EPC project.
