Abstract: Since the concept of going global strategy was put forward,Chinese enterprises have made full use of both domestic and foreign markets and resources to develop continuously,and participate in international economic cooperation by contracting overseas projects.The general contracting of projects has become one of the main ways of contracting foreign projects in our country.The relevant equipment and materials in our overseas general contract projects are basically purchased in China and exported to the location of the project by sea. Our energy construction projects in Vietnam, Zambia, Argentina and other countries are no exception.Equipment and materials purchase contract is the focus of general contract project management.Based on the experience of signing and performing the equipment and materials procurement contract in the general contract of photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation projects, this paper analyzes the selection and determination of international trade terms（EXW/FOB/CIF） in offshore procurement contracts for overseas projects.
