Abstract: After more than 50 years of development, the construction of pumped storage power stations in China has achieved rich results and outstanding achievements through extensive engineering practice and technological research and exploration. The article reviews the remarkable technological achievements in the development of pumped storage energy, summarizes and lists typical technological innovations in industry construction, and looks forward to the technological development focus of pumped storage power station construction in the context of energy transformation.
