Abstract:
The main process of drilling prefabricated composite piles includes long spiral drilling, injecting cement slurry into the hole, high-frequency hammering into the pipe pile, pressing cement slurry, and curing into the pile. Finally, a composite pile type is formed that bears common forces. Taking a certain engineering project as the background, on-site single pile test was conducted and the transmission of axial force in the composite pile was measured, providing a reference basis for other similar engineering projects. The determination of the vertical compressive and uplift ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile adopts the slow maintenance load method. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the drilled prefabricated composite pile is significantly improved compared to the general pipe pile, greatly shortening the pile length. It can not only meet the bearing capacity requirements proposed by the project, but also significantly reduce the project cost, and has great application prospects and high economic benefits.
