  • 摘要: 智能巡检机器人是智慧电厂领域重要的应用之一,它能显著提高巡检作业的智能化水平,高精度测量定位是保证巡检机器人可靠稳定工作的关键。本文从巡检系统的设计思路出发,明确了系统功能,随后分别从硬件架构和软件功能两方面给出巡检系统的设计方案,最后对巡检结果的处理进行了研究。电厂智能巡检机器人的使用,可大幅提升巡检效率,为掌握电厂的实际运行情况提供更加有力的工具。开发出的电厂智能巡检机器人产品在实现减员效的同时保障了重点区域设备安全运行,助力智慧电厂建设。

     

    Abstract: Inspection robot is an important part of intelligent power plant, which can significantly improve the intelligent level of inspection operations. High-precision positioning is the key to ensuring the reliable and stable operation of the inspection robot. Start from the design idea of the patrol inspection system, define the system functions. Then, the design scheme of the patrol inspection system is given from the hardware architecture and software functions. Finally, the deployment of the patrol inspection task and the processing of the patrol inspection results are studied. The use of the autonomous system can greatly improve the efficiency of patrol inspection and provide a more powerful tool for grasping the actual operation of the power plant. The robot autonomous patrol inspection system products developed ensure the safe operation of equipment in key areas while achieving staff reduction and efficiency increase, help the construction of smart power plants.
