定向钻穿越土岩交替复杂地层注浆加固处理案例分析

Case Analysis of Grouting Reinforcement Treatment for Directional Drilling Crossing Soil and Rock Alternating Complex Strata

  • 摘要: 简要概述非开挖技术水平定向钻(拉管)的基本工作原理;列举土岩交替复杂地层场地采用水平定向钻(拉管)施工的工程实例,参考类似土层场地定向钻工程案例出现的岩土工程事故,预测该工程实例可能发生的岩土工程问题,阐述注浆加固措施的优点、浆液材料的对比及选择,根据地层岩性情况分两段进行注浆加固处理,在注浆量计算过程中,针对不同岩性地层的孔隙比参数取值进行分析比选,依据相关规范公式预测计算出总的注浆量。通过施工验证,注浆加固后的地层采用定向钻穿越效果良好,未对穿越的公路、铁路产生沉降、变形影响,且最终注浆量与设计方案计算结果基本相符。

     

    Abstract: This article provides a brief overview of the basic working principle of non excavation technology horizontal directional drilling(pipe pulling). An engineering example of using horizontal directional drilling(pulling pipes) for construction in complex soil and rock alternating strata was listed. Referring to the geotechnical accidents that occurred in directional drilling engineering cases in similar soil layers, the possible geotechnical problems that may occur in this engineering example were predicted. Then the advantages of grouting reinforcement measures, the comparison and selection of grouting materials, were elaborated. Grouting reinforcement treatment was divided into two sections based on the lithology of the formation. In the calculation process of grouting amount, the values of pore ratio parameters for different lithology formations were analyzed and compared, and the total grouting amount was predicted and calculated based on relevant standard formulas. Through construction verification, it was found that the directional drilling method was effective in crossing the ground after grouting reinforcement, without any settlement or deformation effects on the crossing roads and railways. The final grouting amount was basically consistent with the calculation results of the design plan.
