Abstract:
This article takes a certain Mitsubishi 9F gas turbine power plant as the engineering background, proposes a foundation structure layout suitable for Mitsubishi 9F gas turbines, and uses finite element software ANSYS to conduct modal analysis on the proposed gas turbine foundation. The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the gas turbine foundation largely avoids the resonance frequency range of the equipment and has good vibration characteristics. Then, based on the turbine island foundation design criteria and power machine foundation design standards of the host manufacturer, a compliance evaluation criterion for basic dynamic characteristics was adopted to conduct harmonic response analysis on the gas turbine foundation. The amplitude frequency curve results showed that the dynamic performance of the gas turbine foundation met the requirements of the specifications and the manufacturer. The research results of this study have guiding significance for the design and dynamic analysis of foundations similar to gas turbine generator foundations or low level turbine generator foundations, and have been successfully applied to the basic design work of various new types of main engines.
