悬臂式掘进机在小断面超长隧道施工中的应用

Application of Cantilever Boring Machine in Construction of Small-Section Extra-Long Tunnel

  • 摘要: 小断面隧道工程因其作业空间有限、环境恶劣和地质条件变化大等特点,施工难度较大。小断面隧道中的平行作业难度明显增加,出渣运输效率大幅降低,对机械的选型要求更高。结合肯尼亚某供水项目施工实例,系统总结悬臂式掘进机在小断面超长隧道开挖掘进施工中的应用。结果表明,悬臂式掘进机具有开挖效率高、掘进速度快、对围岩的扰动小和适用性强等优势,更容易控制超欠挖量和保障洞内作业环境,适用于小断面超长隧道开挖施工。

     

    Abstract: Due to the limited working space, harsh environment and significant changes in geological conditions,tunnel engineering faces great difficulties in construction. The parallel operation in small-section tunnels is challenging,resulting in reduced efficiency in mucking transportation and strict requirements for machinery selection. This paper combines the construction example of a water supply project in Kenya to explore the application of the cantilever boring machine in the excavation and construction technology of small-section extra-long tunnels. The results show that the cantilever boring machine has advantages such as high excavation efficiency, fast tunneling speed, minimal disturbance to surrounding rocks, and strong applicability. It is easier to control the over-excavation and under-excavation amounts and ensure a favorable working environment inside the tunnel. Adoption of the cantilever boring machine is an applicable technology in small-section extra-long tunnel excavation.
